The Northeast Georgia Regional Commission’s Area Agency on Aging is soliciting proposals from qualified entities interested in providing Caregiver Services: RCI Dealing with Dementia and Powerful Tools for Caregivers for the following counties: Barrow, Clarke, Elbert, Greene, Jackson, Jasper, Madison, Morgan, Newton, Oconee, Oglethorpe, and Walton counties.

Proposals must be received no later than September 11, 2026, 3:00 PM EST.
Due to the renovation of the NEGA Regional Commission office, bids must be submitted via postal mail or email:
- By Mail: mail one original and two (2) copies of the completed bid proposal to Northeast Georgia Regional Commission, ATTN: Bridgenette Blandenburg, AAA Program Assistant, 305 Research Drive, Athens, GA 30605.
- By Email: save the completed bid proposal in a zip file and send via an encrypted email to bblandenburg@negrc.org.
Bids must be received by the Northeast Georgia Regional Commission by the due date and due time noted above. Late submissions will not be accepted.
