The Northeast Georgia Regional Commission’s (NEGRC) Area Agency on Aging (AAA) announces a public hearing for the SFY2027 Aging Services Area Plan. The purpose of this hearing is to gain input into services needed for our aging population within the 12-county NEGRC Planning and Service Area.
The public hearing will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at the Jackson County Senior Center, 151 Stan Evans Drive, Jefferson, GA 30549.
Anyone unable to attend the Public Hearing can provide input on Aging Services in the Northeast Georgia Region by completing the Needs Assessment survey, available by clicking here or by navigating to: https://forms.office.com/r/Wt5LX1B9eR.
Information received from the public hearing and needs assessment will assist in the planning and development of future aging services.
