Responding firms should be technically qualified and licensed to provide these services and experienced and knowledgeable in project management for construction. This project will include Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds in compliance with CFR 200 for Procurement. This is <u>not<\/u> a request for retainer services. Immediate plans call for services to assist the Athens-Clarke County Unified Government (ACCGov) with project management services.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/negrc.org\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2022\/03\/RFQ_ACC_FBNEGA_Rep.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">complete RFQ can be found HERE.<\/a> It is also available on the Athens-Clarke County website at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.accgov.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.accgov.com<\/a>\u00a0or the Georgia Procurement Registry at <a href=\"https:\/\/ssl.doas.state.ga.us\/gpr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/ssl.doas.state.ga.us\/gpr<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>All contracts are subject to Federal and State contract provisions prescribed by the Georgia Department of Community Affairs. This project is covered under the requirements of Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968, as amended and Section 3 Business Concerns are encouraged to apply.<\/p>\n<p>The Athens-Clarke County Unified Government also abides by the following laws as they pertain to HUD Assisted Projects: <em>Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; Section 109 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, Title 1; Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968 (Fair Housing Act); Section 104(b)(2) of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974; Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 as amended; Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA); and the Architectural Barriers Act of 1968. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Interested parties should request copies of the Statement of Qualifications Form and Section 3 Solicitation Package prior to preparing and submitting their qualifications.\u00a0 Submissions should be received no later than <strong>5:00 PM on April 1, 2022<\/strong>.\u00a0 Qualifications received after the above date and time may not be considered.
