The Economic Development Administration (EDA) has made published the CARES Act, with nearly $1.5B available to eligible grantees in communities impacted by the coronavirus pandemic through an Addendum to the FY 2020 Public Works and Economic Adjustment Assistance Programs Notice of Funding Opportunity (PWEAA NOFO)<\/a>. The EDA’s Atlanta Regional Office has been allocated $248M to fund eligible projects in the region. According to the Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), the EDA generally expects to fund at least 80% and up to 100% of eligible project costs.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Current Closing Date for Applications: There are no application deadlines and the agency will accept proposals on a rolling basis until the publication of a new PWEAA NOFO, cancellation of this NOFO, or all funds are obligated.<\/p>\n
