The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is hosting a multi-regional “Community Prosperity Summit” in Elberton on November 18, 2019 from 8am-5pm at Athens Technical College’s Elbert County Campus. The “Summit” is an opportunity for rural communities to engage with USDA to help communities “foster hope and opportunity, wealth creation and asset building.” Online registration is available here:
